Can I run the same floor from kitchen into a bathroom?+

You can run a visual match — a porcelain timber-look in the wet area and a timber or hybrid in the kitchen — but you should not run an actual timber or most hybrids into a shower. Wet-area floors are a waterproofing and slip problem. Plan a threshold or a clean material break at the wet-area door.
